A. We check your site daily, when WordPress, Theme, or plugin updates are released we test and update immediately.
Q. What is covered by Unlimited Jobs?
A. Unlimited small jobs are tasks that take less than 30 minutes to complete, things like adding a testimonial or a staff profile section to your website. It does not cover adding advanced features or extensive revisions.
Q. Do you offer 24/7 Technical Support?
A. No, not at this time, our support hours are 9am-6pm Mon-Fri CET. In the case of an emergency, we will respond to our Guardianship & Bespoke level clients.
Q. What happens if my site is hacked?
A. We monitor our client sites using ongoing security scans, unfortunately, even with proactive monitoring, no one can catch every security issue. In the event your website is successfully attacked, our goal is to respond immediately within business hours.
Q. What is Incident Management?
A. Peace of mind. If your site is hacked or disrupted in another way we will quickly restore the latest backup. * There is a fee for a full website restore if you are on the Safeguard option.
Q. What is the typical response time?
A. We aim to solve support requests the same day, in 4 hours or less.
Q. Is there a minimum contract time?
A. No, our plans are billed monthly so you can sign up for 1 month and see how you like it, there are no contracts unless you want one (yearly), you are the boss.
Q. What are your payment options?
A. You can pay through PayPal or bank transfer. You can use all major credit cards through PayPal without an account. We can also set up special discount options for a yearly contract.
Q. What if I need larger jobs done?
A. We are happy to quote for any large jobs, we offer a discount to our care management clients.
